Shipping and Returns
Lehwatch's garments are crafted in house and are made to order with the exception of our swimwear.
All in house items will be shipped within 10 to 14 days from the order placement.
Any swimwear items on your order will be processed and shipped immediately courtesy of the manufacturer PRINTIFY, Your in house items will be sent in a separate parcel within 10 to 14 days upon order placement.
Please note, provided shipping dates for all in house items excludes the garment processing time and is ONLY indicative of the time it takes for your order to reach you.
If your order is delayed during production, we will make every effort to contact you.
Lehwatch is not responsible for any post delays once your item has been sent.
- After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Once order has been shipped, you will receive an email of confirmation.
Domestic
All orders are shipped via Canada post.
Please allow :
- REGULAR MAIL : 7-21 business days
- EXPRESS MAIL : 3-5 business days
- Item is shipped to the address provided by the customer, Lehwatch is not responsible for LOST or MISSING orders due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
International
- Shipping takes 10-24 business days (not including customs and duties delays).
- Original Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We do not accept exchange
- Returns/Exchanges must be initiated within 5 DAYS of the original order's arrival.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return Tracking # is REQUIRED upon exchange by customer.
